Marble Falls police took an elderly man into custody on Saturday, July 17, after an officer reported that he observed him push and scuffle with another elderly man at a political rally being held in Johnson Park.
The incident occurred at the pavilion stage at a Democrat rally, hosting candidates for the 2022 statewide primary elections.
