Marble Falls resident Debbie Heatley, an oil painting artist, made her debut among an exclusive group of artist May 4 during the launch of the14th Annual Paint the Town/Plein Air Competition. “I’ve been painting for several years, but this is the first time I’ve gotten to participate as an artist.
