The annual Marble Falls Rodeo will be held Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 at the Charley Taylor Arena south of town on Highway 281. The event is produced by Cadillac Rodeo and Johnny Hoyle.

Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and the rodeo starts at 8 p.m.

Events include: bull riding, calf roping, cowgirl’s barrel racing, cowgirl’s breakaway roping, ranch bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling and team roping. The events are CPRA and UPRA sanctioned.

On Friday night, attendees can also enjoy mutton bustin’, calf scramble, First Responders Steer Saddle and the Rodeo Queen Contest. The Queen, 1st Runner- Up and 2nd Runner- Up will be announced at the beginning of the rodeo Friday night.

It’s BYOB on Friday Night and also Pink Out. Support Breast Cancer Awareness by sporting your favorite pink. Southern Underground Band will be the live music immediately following the end of bull riding tonight.

Along with regular competitive events, Saturday night extra activities include steer saddle, more mutton bustin’ and the calf scramble.

On Saturday night, the Adam Fears Band will perform live music immediately

following the end of bull riding.

Admission is $15 for adults for both the rodeo and dance and $5 for kids ages 6-12. Proceeds benefit the Marble Falls Area Volunteer Fire Departement. Children under six get in free.
