Top officials from Centurion American Development Group, a privately held Texas-based real estate development company owned by Mehrdad Moayedi, along with Marble Falls Mayor Richard Westerman and other municipal leaders, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 21 for Thunder Rock, a 1,074-acre multiuse development in the central Texas town.

Centurion American Development Group, a privately held Texas-based real estate development company owned by Mehrdad Moayedi, has selected two builders for the first phase of the Thunder Rock development in Marble Falls, according to a press release.

With an eye on potential growth, Marble Falls City Council members approved a deal with property owners to extend a water line south along U.S. 281, utilizing re-allocated bond money, public works funds and a guaranteed match by developers.
