Burnet County releases $5M performance bond

The Burnet County Commissioners Court took action Jan. 23 on infrastructure guaran - tees in connection with a multi-million dollar development. At their regular meet - ing, the court released the performance bond of more than $5 million for the Cross Timber subdivi - sion and accepted for the same subdivision a main - tenance bond of more than $756,000 for a period of two years.
