At a meeting that lasted only seven minutes, with no one speaking in the public comments section, the Cottonwood Shores City Council held a hearing on the proposed 2020-21 tax rate. The rate of 53.15 cents per $100 property valuation would be the same as last year, Mayor Donald Orr said.
