Cottonwood Shores City Administrator J.C. Hughes offered “some good news” during the city council meeting Jan. 20.
The pre-bid conference Jan. 13 on the city’s proposed massive water-wastewater project went well and “contractor interest looks to be high,” Hughes told council members.
