The Granite Shoals City Council approved a private-public partnership to extend a water line on Rockcrest Drive that will save the city time and money.
“We just don’t have the people to do it, or the equipment, really,” City Manager Jeff Looney said at the May 11 council meeting. “It would take us, I would say, five times as long.”
