Granite Shoals officials will remain in the city limits for a planned retreat workshop as the new fiscal year budget cycle approaches.
City administration intially put together travel plans for 13 members, including city managers and the city council, to spend a weekend in San Marcos for the workshop. Council members, however, disagreed with the trip.
