LCRA raises rates on firm water customers

To keep pace with growth and aging infrastructure, the Lower Colorado River Authority Board of Directors on Oct. 20 approved raising the rate for firm water customers, including local municipalities, from $145 to $155 an acre-foot beginning next year.
