A hotel and conference center project, estimated at $36 million, secured approval Oct. 19 by the city council towards finalizing agreement documents between the Marble Falls EDC and hotel developers towards breaking ground on construction. Construction would occur on three lots adjacent to Lakeside Park on property owned by the Marble Falls EDC with the intent to be sold to a hotel development…
