Burnet County Sheriff Calvin Boyd told commissioners he supports the new longevity plan that is being proposed next month for all county employees because it will help his non-commissioned subordinates make more money. However, he insists the county’s plan will take money out of his licensed deputies’ paycheck because a salary enhancement currently being given exclusively to them each pay period…
