A Llano County Grand Jury indicted Jimmy Don Wolfenbarger, formerly of Buchanan Dam, on May 3 in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found encased in concrete in a boat in Inks Lake, officials confirmed. He is charged with murder.
The woman, 46-year-old Holly Simmons of Buchanan Dam, was last seen alive Nov. 28, 2006 after she dropped one of her children off for school.
