Robin Payne Smith went home to Jesus, unexpectedly, on January 29, 2024 at the age of 58. Robin was born on February 2, 1965, graduated from Llano High School, and lived in the Texas Hill Country most of his life.

Robin was a small business owner of Highland Lakes Automotive in Kingsland, Texas for over 30 years. Robin poured his heart and soul into the business which showed to all customers and patrons. In addition to owning and operating his auto shop, Robin was a member of The Lion’s Club, and an Envoy Member of the PPA. In his spare time he loved visiting with family and friends, and enjoying a fun game of Uno or dominoes. Robin was a family man who cherished quality time spent with loved ones. He was dear-ly loved and will be severely missed.

Robin is survived by mother, Carol Smith, wife, Warna Dilworth-Smith, daughter Caroline Marquez, and sons Shaun Dilworth and Travis Dilworth. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Asa and Zayne Marquez, Preston and Cameron Dilworth, Elizabeth Norton, and soon-to-be granddaughter Poppy Larson. Robin was preceded in death by his father, James Barney Smith, grandfather, Bernie Bessire, and uncle, Rodney Smith.

Services will take place at Clements-Wilcox Funeral home in Marble Falls, Texas on Wednesday, February 7th. The open visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am.
