For the first time in more than 20 years, the Marble Falls High School football team has a spot in the third round of the 5A Division 2 UIL playoffs after a 35-13 victory over Mission Veterans Memorial on Friday in San Antonio.
The Mustangs jumped out to a 21-0 lead early in the second quarter with a pair of three-play drives and some smothering defense.
