Texas Parks and Wildlife stocks rainbow trout in approximately 100 locations each winter and will make Burnet’s Hamilton Creek one of its locations in January 2022. Along with replenishing habitats, the state entity also likes to provide catchable-size fish for educational activities and community fishing waterways.
