Community Worship Night draws a crowd for fellowship

The Community Worship Night cultivated a spirit of unity where area residents came together Friday, July 23 as one body to fellowship, enjoy good food, sing and worship God. Thanks to a network of more than 20 local churches, vendors, first responders and volunteers the event at Quarry Park in Granite Shoals was a tremendous success with over 500 people in attendance.

Granite Shoals honors veterans during annual celebration

Granite Shoals honored those who have served their country in its Armed Forces at the annual Veterans Celebration on Friday, Nov. 6, at Quarry Park, 2221 N. Phillips Ranch Road. The event kicked off at 11:30 a.m. with a hot dog lunch and Police Chief Gary Boshears called those gathered to assemble at 12:20 p.m. The colors were presented by at 12:30 p.m. ...
