Citizen perceives commissioners stifling discussion

I was present at the Burnet County Commissioners Court on September 24, and witnessed a blatant attempt at First Amendment suppression, violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act, and behavior consistent with retaliatory practice and suppression of information.
