An informal "meet and greet" with the all candidates for city coun - cil, BCISD board, tax assessor and county com - missioner is scheduled at approximately 5:30 p.m.; at 6 p.m., Burnet CISD's new superintendent will offer remarks, and at 6:15, candidate forum begins for contested races. Each candidate gets one minute for opening remarks and two minutes to respond to each question. Then one minute for closing remarks.
