Cottonwood Shores City Council members set in motion two events on Thursday, Feb. 17 that will affect residents: one is a city council election set for May 7 and the other is the sale of certificates of obligation to fund several city projects.
The May 7 election is for council places one (Gary Parsons), three (Cheri Trinidad) and five (Roger Wayson).
