The Marble Falls Mustangs offense exploded for 41 points, and the defense held Burnet to only nine in the Week 2 win on Friday night at Bulldog Stadium.
Mustangs Head Coach Brian Herman was critical of his offense following the season opener against Lehman, but he praised his team's bounce-back effort.
The Mustangs scored 27 unanswered points to put the game out of reach by the third quarter.
