Marble Falls ISD grapples with staff shortage

Due to staff shortages caused by COVID-19, Marble Falls Independent School District has opted to suspend a few of the bus routes, officials announced on “We have been extremely resourceful and benefitted from staff members across the district who are certified to help fill-in as bus drivers where possible,” Superintendent Chris Allen said in a statement. “These staff members include many of our athletic coaches, CTE staff and technology staff, to name a few.

City officials approved a new public improvement district (PID) for a 335-acre development within the Roper Ranch in the Marble Falls city limits during the regular council meeting on Jan. 18.
