Mustangs fly to 5A-D2 third round

For the first time in more than 20 years, the Marble Falls High School football team has a spot in the third round of the 5A Division 2 UIL playoffs after a 35-13 victory over Mission Veterans Memorial on Friday in San Antonio.

Mustangs advance after overtime thriller in Brenham

For the second straight season, the Marble Falls High School football team knocked Brenham out of the playoffs, but this year it took two overtimes to get it done. The Mustangs got a stop on fourth down in the second overtime period to secure a 27-21 win and a spot in the Area round of the playoffs.

Faith Academy advances to the second round of playoffs

The Faith Academy football team advanced to the second round of the TAPPS playoffs after a 48-0 win on Saturday over Ovilla Christian School of Red Oak. Mustangs set for playoff rematch with Brenham

The Marble Falls High School football team officially punched their ticket to the postseason on Friday with a 76-0 home win against Austin Crockett. The Mustangs (7-3, 4-2) will meet Brenham in the first round for the second consecutive year after the Cubs lost to Leander Rouse and fell to second place on Friday night.

For the second time in Marble Falls high school history, the boys cross country team advanced into the State 5A Cross Country Championship. We started the year as a decided underdog in district 25-5A where only the top three teams advance.
