EDC looks to bridge chasm of cost for potential parks improvement projects
The Marble Falls Economic Development Corporation (EDC) continues to restrain ambitions to spend big for Lakeside Park improvements. The EDC board recently examined projected prices for several proposed park improvements, which could total more than $4 million, according to a cost list prepared by Myers Concrete Construction LP, based in Wimberley.

Home values hold but interest rates have just about doubled
City of Meadowlakes A sizable handful of residents have reported to me that their home valuations have remained flat from those assessed in 2023. That comes as no shock (well a little) given that interest rates are where they are.
